Order Processing

You will receive an email as an order acknowledgement immediately upon placing the order. So please check you mailbox. If you do not see it, look for it in the Spam folder. We try our best to process all orders in (1) day. But for circumstances beyond our control or for some specialty products, it may take additional time to prepare the order for shipment. In most cases, orders received after 2:00PM (Mountain Time) will take an additional day to process.

Free Shipping on Qualified Orders

We offer free ground shipping for all qualified orders in the lower 48 states via 1st Class US Mail service. You will receive an email as a Confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 48 Hrs for the tracking information to be updated.

For AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, Canada and Foreign orders shipping is extra. You will see a choice of Priority or Overnight Express delivery. Size and weight restrictions apply to USPS shipments. Out of USA customers are responsible for any additional customs fees and brokerage fees that may apply.

Priority Shipping

Overnight Express, 2nd day, or 3-day priority shipping as requested by the customer will be higher. Please keep in mind that shipping times are for the transit, after we have processed the order. Most orders are processed within (1) day but some specialty items will take longer to process.

Worldwide Shipping

We specialize in International Shipping, offering the lowest shipping rates available with fast and friendly service. Our primary means for International Orders is US Mail. Our online shopping cart accepts USA and International orders and shows shipping costs with 1st Class US Mail or Priority US Mail Choices. We ship International orders via the US Postal Service because in most cases no additional brokerage fees are applicable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees and brokerage fees that may apply.

Canadian Orders

Our primary means of shipment for Canadian orders is by US Mail. Please note that there are size and weight restrictions when shipping via USPS. Customers will be responsible for all Canadian shipping charges, taxes, brokerage fees and duties that may be charged to get you your product.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We are able to ship to PO Boxes, if you provide a PO Box as your shipping address. However for credit card processing a street address for billing is generally always required. For PayPal verified accounts, this requirement may not apply.
